Premise
The disappearance of Al Capone, a Ventrue and member of the Camarilla in Chicago, left a power vacuum in the greater Peoria, Illinois area that the Camarilla courts failed to fill. A group of Anarchs have taken up the territory as an Anarch Free State and took hold of Capone's old holdings. Now they act as a refuge for wayward Kindred as they strive to hold the territory and make it home.
